I'm a father. I'm a husband. I live in a community that I value. I'm middle-aged and middle class. Attitudes: During my teens, I developed a liking for punk rock, dada and William Blake. I still like them. Experience: For fifteen years I worked in biomedical and pharmaceutical research labs, picking up the customary academic flim-flam along the way. Since then, I've earned my crust in R&D, contract research and "intellectual property" management.

This site is where I publish stuff for public appreciation/ criticism/ vilification/ ridicule. Everything is work in progress, nothing finished. Hence 'nearly useful'.
